# Not-for-Profit & Community Services

We support not-for-profit and community organisations with technology that helps their people deliver essential services.

Not-for-profit and community services organisations carry enterprise-grade obligations on constrained budgets — often handling sensitive client data across distributed teams, including NDIS delivery contexts, with far less IT resource than the risk profile would suggest.

The recurring pattern is a workforce spread across sites, homes and client locations; funding structures that favour predictable operating costs over capital deployment; and data sensitivity that is high in practice even where formal regulatory obligations are lighter than in financial services.

What this sector typically needs is coverage rather than headcount: security operations consumed as a service instead of built in-house, remote-work capability that holds up under load, and a commercial model that converts IT from an unpredictable capital decision into a stable operating cost.

Two client engagements illustrate the range. **Berry Street** mobilised 1,400 staff to remote work. **Brotherhood of St. Laurence** completed a WAN upgrade in 12 weeks and achieved ISO 27001 certification within six months — evidence that a well-supported not-for-profit can reach a formal security standard on a realistic timeline.
